Man shot inside Goldsboro nightclub

Police say an 18-year-old was shot to death inside a Goldsboro nightclub Sunday morning and they're looking for the man who allegedly did it.

Officers were called to Teaser's Night Club in the 1700 block of Highway 117 South at 1:14 a.m.

The body of Jairus Mikeal Saunders was found on the floor of a bathroom.

Police said after reviewing surveillance video from the club and talking to witnesses, they've gotten a warrant to charge 24-year-old Quinton Leon Swinson II with murder.

Swinson is known by the nickname of “Fat Boy” and has that tattooed on his left arm and has the word “North” tattooed on his right arm.  He has the word “Swinson” tattooed across his back and “DOE” on his right hand.

Police said Swinson should be considered armed and dangerous and anyone with information concerning his whereabouts is asked to call the Goldsboro Police Department at (919) 580-4218, Crime Stoppers at (919) 735-2255 or Text Crime Stoppers at (919) 222-4230.
