It happened around 8:45 p.m. in the parking lot of building 14 at Chapel Towers Apartments. When authorities arrived, they found two people who had been robbed at gunpoint by two unknown suspects.
The suspects took a cell phone and a set of car and house keys.
As the suspects fled the scene on foot, they fired towards the victims and struck one of them in the arm.
The injured man, whose name has not been released, refused medical attention, according to authorities.
The suspects have not been located.
