Police said Thursday they've identified the man who allegedly fired a gun at off-duty deputies at a Waffle House December 2.

They have warrants for 24-year-old Donquiez Frankie Wilbridge.

Investigators said deputies L. Tuisasosopo and T. Stiokis were working at the restaurant on Yadkin Road when Wilbridge allegedly fired multiple shots at them.

Police plan to charge Wilbridge with two counts of assault on a law enforcement officer and possession of a firearm by a felon.

Wilbridge was not in custody. Police said he is 5'05", 115 lbs with tattoos of "J'nyra" and "Kira" on his arms.

Officers said he should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information on his whereabouts should call 911.
