Detectives searching for apologizing thief

FAYETTEVILLE

Cumberland County Sheriff's detectives said someone broke into 360 Elite Baseball Academy on Gillespie Street on Jan. 16 and stole several TVs, a computer, baseball uniforms, batting gloves, and titanium sports team necklaces.

Before leaving the business, the suspect left behind a note that said, "Sorry about the mess and the drywall damage, I think what you are doing here is a good thing."

Detectives are still searching for the suspect or suspects involved.
