Bell focused on five key areas that he believes will help the Bull City grow stronger this year. He said crime and downtown growth are among the biggest issues.
Bell also said he wants to reduce violent crime and he believes that starts with gun law reform.
"We have to say 'Enough is enough,' and we have to have the fortitude to get it done and get it done now," said Bell.
The mayor also said the city is entering this year with what he's calling a manageable budget deficit of $5.2 million.
