Fourth charged in Raleigh murder

Police said Friday they've made a fourth arrest in the October murder of a man who chased people that appeared to be breaking into a neighbor's car.

Jorge Luis Juarez, 21, was captured by the U.S. Marshals Service in Jefferson Parish, La. Thursday. He's charged with murder.

Earlier this week, Raleigh police announced the arrests of three others in the case. Twenty-year-old Marcos Chapparo, 17-year-old Erick Pardo Martinez, and 18-year-old Karen Gonzalez area all charged with murder in the death of 42 year-old Alfonso Rincon.

Rincon was shot and killed outside his home in the 6100 block of Foxhall Village Road on Oct. 31.
