It happened shortly before 1 p.m. in the 200 block of North Peartree Lane.

When officers arrived at the scene, they found 25-year-old Christian Tobias McLean outside with a gunshot wound. He was taken to WakeMed where he later died.
Raleigh police said Thursday they have charged three men with murder:
- John Wesley Chandler, 28
- Brandon Ervin Felder, 26
- Tony Jaquan Davis, 23
In addition to the murder charges, each of the man has been charged with conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon.
