Goldsboro police have arrested a man that they say used a cell phone to take a photograph up a victim's skirt at a Walmart.

On Tuesday, the 31-year-old victim reported that she was shopping at the store on Spence Avenue around 10:30 a.m. when the man approached her and took the photo.

Walmart Asset Protection was able to find surveillance footage of the suspect and the story was featured in a local paper as the crime of the week.

On Friday, police charged 31-year-old Brian Alan Williams, of Goldsboro, with felony secret peeping using a photographic device.  Williams was arrested at his home and was placed in the Wayne County Jail under a $10,000 secured bond. He is scheduled to make his first court appearance Friday.
