Police said 18-year-old Fabio Blanco, 18, of West Rockway Street is charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury.
Officers responded to a shooting call at 2112 Broad Street at 11:17 p.m. Wednesday. When they arrived, they found a 25-year-old male who had been shot outside Building E. He was taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries that do not appear to life threatening.
According to police, Blanco was arrested Friday evening and is being held without bond.
