Investigators with the Cumberland County Sheriff's Special Victims Unit said 25-year old Dustin Ernest McPhaul is also wanted for questioning in another assault that happened Thursday.
Authorities said McPhaul allegedly punched a woman in her face and body while she was holding her 2-month-old child. McPhaul was reportedly armed with a handgun during the assault.
Detectives are now searching for McPhaul, whose last known address was 202 East Hudson Street.
