Fayetteville KFC robbed at gunpoint

Fayetteville police are searching for two men wanted in the Sunday robbery of a KFC restaurant.

The robbery took place at the restaurant at 3002 Raeford Road just before 2 p.m. Police said two masked black males with guns robbed the business and several customers of an undisclosed amount of money.

The suspects are believed to have fled the scene in a small grey sedan, but a champagne colored SUV may also have been involved.

No injuries were reported during the incident.
