The suspect is described as a Hispanic male about 5'4'' tall between the ages of 30-40 with dark hair and a short buzz cut. He was last seen wearing khaki pants and a dark short-sleeved shirt. He has tattoos on his inner and outer left forearm, another tattoo on his upper right arm, and a small scar on the left side of his chest.
Authorities are asking anyone with information about the incident to call the UNC Department of Public Safety at (919) 843-6165, or Crime Stoppers at (919) 942-7515. All information provided will remain confidential and can be provided anonymously.
