The fire chief said two men inside the garage were working on a car when the fire started around 6:30 p.m. in the 1400 block of North Bragg Boulevard.

One man had minor burns to the hands. He was taken to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.
There were fears chemicals could be inside the building so a hazmat team was called out. However, no chemicals were found.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
