According to the warrants, the suspect, Walter Johnson, all but admitted to the crimes. Johnson told officers, "You guys got me," when he was arrested.
Johnson faces a total of 25 charges for the string of robberies and kidnappings.
The warrants also show police seized more than 100 items from Johnson's home including cash, coins, TVs, guns, iPads, computers, and jewelry.

Many of the victims were held up at gunpoint as they returned to their homes. Some were forced to drive to ATMs to withdraw cash.
Johnson was arrested during a police stop on Glenwood Avenue near Pleasant Valley Road after sources tell ABC11 his wife called 911.
In a recording of the call obtained by ABC11, a woman tells an operator she has information about "the man that has been doing the women robberies."

Asked if the person she's talking about is home, she replies: "He's supposed to be at work, but I don't know if he's there because, lately, he's been acting really weird and I don't know if he even has a job anymore."
The operator asks if she's sure the man is the robber.
"I suspect it," the woman responds. "There's evidence all over the house. I just can't find the damn gun."
Johnson remains in the Wake County jail under a $3.5 million bond.
