Police said a 19-year-old man was shot several times while standing next to the road in front of the McDougald Terrace Housing complex.
EMS was seen loading the victim onto a stretcher and putting him into an ambulance.
The victim's condition is not yet known at this time.
A search for suspects is underway, but so far, no arrests have been made.
