Lee Dial, 35, of Hodgin Road was captured after a short standoff with officers in Bennettsville, South Carolina and extradited back to Hoke County.
Sheriff Peterkin said the rape of a juvenile occurred May 30.
Dial is charged with felony first-degree rape, felony kidnapping, felony failing to report a new address as a sex offender, assault with a gun, and disorderly conduct.
Bond was set at $802,500.
