It happened in the 1700 block of Wheeling Street.
When firefighters arrived, they found a single-story wood frame duplex under heavy fire.
The fire was contained to one unit of the duplex; however, the incident displaced four adults from the remaining apartment.
Authorities say there were no injuries and the American Red Cross is assisting the four adults.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
