The accident happened at 11:10 a.m. at an apartment complex construction site in the 5700 block of Goodstone Drive near Louisburg Road and Spring Forest Road.

Police say 30-year-old Gabriel Andrade fell from a five-story high scaffolding while working on one of the Flats on 401 apartment units. Andrade was pronounced dead at the scene.
The North Carolina Department of Labor has been called in to investigate.
Police say there are no indications of foul play.
