They say the incident happened on the night of Jan. 6, at the apartment complex in the 3300 block of Melrose Club Boulevard.

The suspect is described as a black male with a stocky build. He was wearing eyeglasses, had a short growth of facial hair, and may have been driving a burgundy or maroon sedan.
