Oscar Lamar Rodriguez, 34, who is on leave from the Army, is wanted for two counts of second degree rape, five counts of second degree sexual offense, one count of sexual battery, three counts of indecent liberties with a child, two counts of crime against nature, and three counts of first degree burglary.
The offenses were committed in May to August 2013 and on December 31, 2013, in the Cameron area of Harnett County.
Officials say Rodriguez was familiar with both of his victims.
He is described as a Hispanic male, with brown eyes. He is 5' 5" tall and weighing 170 pounds.
Rodriguez may be operating a Maroon Lincoln Aviator or a black Chrysler passenger car.
