The northbound lanes of Highway 55 were closed at Delchester Court near Cornwallis Road around noon after the truck overturned on its side.
It is unclear what caused the accident, but a car with some damage was also seen at the intersection. Authorities have not said if anyone was injured in the accident.
Traffic was able to get by in one of the southbound lanes while police worked to clear the scene.
