DURHAM

Beginning Tuesday, March 11, ABC11's main digital channel switched to channel 1200 in Raleigh, Carrboro, Cary, Durham, Chapel Hill, Youngsville, Wake Forest, and Zebulon. The 11.2 signal has moved to channel 1240, and the 11.3 signal has moved to channel 1241.

The same changes will occur in other areas on these dates:

  • March 13 - Fayetteville, Garner/Selma, Goldsboro, Henderson/Bunn, Southern Pines, Wilson, Lumberton, and Farmville
  • March 25 - Bladenboro, Elizabethtown, Whiteville
  • March 27 - Pink Hill

In Mebane, Burlington, and Laurinburg, ABC11's main digital channel has changed to 1201.

Time Warner Cable says all parental control and DVR settings will transition automatically, so customers don't have to worry about reprogramming their parental control settings or losing recordings of their favorite shows.
