The shooting happened around 9:15 p.m. in the 7500 block of Fox Road.

Officers arrived on the scene to find 36-year-old Justin Ryan Lee with a gunshot wound to the head. Lee, who was in the roadway, was declared dead at the scene.
Police were using K9s to search the area for suspects.
Upon further investigation, police charged 33-year-old Shawn Lamont Williams with murder in connection with the death of Lee.
Williams is currently being held at the Wake County Detention Center.
Police say the shooting was not a random act.
Williams is expected to make his first court appearance Monday.
