Authorities charged 19-year-old Jorge Flores Benitez (pictured left) on Sunday afternoon.
He faces multiple charges, including breaking and entering, and larceny of a dog.Investigators say he's also accused of breaking into another house back in March.
Earlier this week, Durham police charged Christopher Reina (pictured right).
Authorities say the men broke into the officer's house last week, then stole several uniforms, a taser, and a puppy.
Police are still searching for the puppy. A $350 reward is being offered for the safe return of the puppy in good conditionl.
