Durham Central Park launches Meals from the Market fundraiser

DURHAM (WTVD) -- Durham Central Park is the hub of many downtown activities. From the quarterly food truck rodeos to the Farmer's Market and community concerts, there's something happening in the park several times a week.

Durham Central Park is getting ready to start its major annual fundraiser called "Meals from the Market." From September 16 through November 6, 16 different fundraising events will take place at various locations around Durham. The events range in price from $15 to $125.

Meals from the Market supports the operations, maintenance and programming of the park.
