Kimmel's crew took to the street to see how much (or how little) Americans knew about the Fourth of July. While some were readily convinced the patriotic holiday had been moved to February, others didn't think it was fair when they learned that Katy Perry had actually trademarked the term "fireworks."

Founding fathers George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and James Van Der Beek would certainly get a kick out of this funny video.
