Harry Potter film soundtrack comes alive in concert

NC Symphony will perform the soundtrack to Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone while the movie plays in Memorial Auditorium Sept. 15 - 17.

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone was the first in the series of film and was released in 2001. Now the movie is back on the big screen this weekend with its soundtrack being played live by the North Carolina Symphony.

Audiences can relive the magic of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone in high definition on a 40-foot screen while the NC Symphony performs every note of John Williams' unforgettable score to picture live on stage.

Harry Potter in Concert will take place Friday and Saturday, September 15 and 16 at 7:30 p.m and Sunday, September 17 at 2 p.m.
