EAST HAMPTON, N.Y. -- Police shut down a lemonade stand set up by Jerry Seinfeld's son in East Hampton, New York.

The comedian's kids, along with some friends, set up a lemonade stand to raise money for charity.

But a neighbor complained that they didn't have a permit and things went sour fast.

He posted this picture of him and his family posing with their hands up after the cops ticketed them.
