The Ohio State University marching band once again wowed fans this weekend with an incredible halftime tribute to the classic film "The Wizard of Oz."

The band has become famous for their shows, which feature intricate formations and impressive musical interpretations. Past performances, including a tribute to Michael Jackson, have racked up millions of views on YouTube.

Saturday's performance was no exception. As they played through "Over the Rainbow," "If I Only Had a Brain," and other songs from the movie, the band gave fans a swirling twister, a dancing scarecrow and the glittering gates of Oz.

Even though Ohio State was playing Cincinnati, the band couldn't help but throw in a dig at rival Michigan. A University of Michigan flag flew from the Wicked Witch of the West's broomstick as she made her way across the field and then melted away with her as she met her demise.

The Ohio State band impressed crowds earlier this month with its tribute to classic television shows. The Sept. 6 halftime show included music from "The Simpsons," "Game of Thrones" and "I Dream of Jeanie."

Despite their crowd-pleasing performances, the band has not been without controversy this year. Last week, former marching band director Jonathan Waters sued the university. He was fired over the summer following an investigation into hazing and sexual harassment in the band.
