RALEIGH (WTVD) -- This weekend, brides-to-be can get their dream gown for a fraction of the cost in Downtown Raleigh.
The Brides Against Breast Cancer travelling trunk show is rolling into Raleigh with racks of drastically reduced wedding gowns.
Starting Saturday, hundreds of new and gently used designer dresses will go on sale from 25 to 85 percent off.
"We have gowns starting as low as $99 and then we actually cap out at $1800," said Amy Overbay, the organization's National Show Manager.
They come in all shapes and sizes, with the average gown costing $600.
"A lot of girls can get a designer gown from New York and we even receive some gowns internationally, so a lot of them are one-of-a-kind," said Overbay.
It's not just the brides that benefit from the sale. 80 percent of the proceeds go to breast cancer research and free services and programs for patients.
"We work with oncologists and a lot of other doctors who have the most up-to-date research on nutritional needs, stress management, counseling services," said Overbay. "We really want to come alongside them, make sure that they can come out stronger on the other side."
They also accept gown donations from brides who have already said their "I Do's."
The sale starts at 11 a.m. on Saturday and runs until 4 p.m. at 214 Martin Street in Raleigh. Tickets are $5 online or at the door.
