NEW YORK, NY -- Breakfast is often called the most important meal of the day. And now researchers are weighing-in on when you should eat it.

Studies suggest that you should eat breakfast within 30 to 60 minutes after waking up.

That will make sure you take full advantage of your body's fat burning potential.

That first meal of the day should include a lot of protein which can help make you feel fuller longer.

Researchers say eggs and Greek yogurt are both good protein sources.
