Raleigh rent is spiking
Renters may need to pay more if they want to live in Raleigh

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- According to a report in the Wall Street Journal, rent nationwide rose 3.5 percent last year. On a list of cities with the biggest increase, Raleigh rose a whopping 4.8 percent.

With new restaurants and businesses calling Raleigh home, developers are ready to meet the demand to live downtown...but it will cost you. Anna Laurel has more.
