Man injured following shooting at Durham McDonald's

DURHAM (WTVD) -- Durham police are investigating after a man was shot at a McDonald's Tuesday evening.

Officers were called to the fast food resturant on South Roxboro Street just before 5 p.m.

One man was hit by the gunfire; however, authorities have not released his name or the extent of his injuries.

Police have yet to comment how the shooting occurred and if a suspect is in custody.
