A North Carolina Powerball winner's boyfriend is out of the Brunswick County jail again after posting a $12 million bond.

ABC11 affiliate WWAY News said Marie Holmes' boyfriend Lamarr McDow, 31, was arrested for violating his pretrial release for previous drug-related charges.

A spokesperson said McDow posted his bail around 12:45 a.m. on New Year's Day. It was not revealed if Holmes' funded his bail.

McDow has been arrested several times before and after Holmes hit the jackpot.
