ROXBORO (WTVD) -- A Roxboro family is trying to rebuild their lives after the murder of a mother.
Nolla Bently, 32, was stabbed multiple times at her home in the 100 block of Sandstone Way on Feb. 8.
Police arrested Sherrod Avery Stewart, 35, late the next day. He is charged with first-degree murder.

Bently was the mother of five children. Their father, Richard Stockman, says the family needs help trying to find a three-bedroom home to rent because he and the children are still living in the trailer where Bently was stabbed to death.
