Shooting reported on Bragg Street in southeast Raleigh

RALEIGH (WTVD) -- A man was shot on Bragg Street in Raleigh early Saturday morning, near where an officer-involved fatal shooting took place Monday.

The victim was taken to a hospital with injuries that Raleigh police do not believe to be life-threatening at this time.

Police are investigating how the victim got to the hospital. He was not taken by EMS.

Police would not say where the man was shot.

There are no suspects in custody, and police said this is an active investigation and were still on the scene at 1:30 a.m.

The Wake County Sheriff's Office is assisting Raleigh police in following up leads in the case.

No other details were immediately available.
