School bus involved in Garner accident

GARNER, NC (WTVD) -- A school bus was involved in an accident at Benson Road at West Garner Road in Garner Wednesday morning.

Wake County School officials said no students were on board at the time of the accident around 8:30 a.m.

A picture from the scene showed the bus off the road after apparently hitting a power pole at the side of the intersection.

The bus driver suffered minor injuries.
