RALEIGH (WTVD) -- Garth Brooks' comeback tour is sweeping the nation, and this weekend he's making a three-night stop at Raleigh's PNC Arena with his wife, Trisha Yearwood.
Friday, the superstar couple invited ABC11 to the arena for a pre-show interview.

Chopper 11 HD was high above PNC Arena before the show Friday, where some people were already parked and in pre-concert mode.
This is Garth's first large tour since he semi-retired in 2001 to raise his three daughters at home with Trisha. Garth released his first studio album in years this past fall, and it quickly went platinum.

He's selling out shows everywhere he goes...maybe because he's the best selling solo artist of all time. Or maybe, it's because he has a reputation for his wild, audience-friendly, three-hour long shows.
Fans also appreciate that Garth puts a reasonable price on every seat.
"Opening night is always its own unique night, so there will be things that only happen here," Garth told ABC11. "Then Saturday night, all hell is gonna break loose on Saturday night. And then the last night, you always throw everything in that. Everybody got to see, and save a little something for them. Something that no one else sees. So it makes each one of them different, so that's important. Because believe it or not, there is going to somebody who is gonna be at all three shows! And you want that person to say that [we] made an effort to make three shows different."
Friday's show starts at 7 p.m.
