Water main break closes Durham intersection

DURHAM (WTVD) -- A water main break closed a Durham intersection Sunday morning.

It happened on Canal Street and Gurley Street. Our crew on the scene said authorities did not know what caused the main break.

Authorities urged people to avoid the area while crews worked. The intersection reopened Sunday afternoon.
