Big rig overturns in Knightdale, spilling cargo

KNIGHTDALE (WTVD) -- It took much of the night to clean up after a big rig crash in Knightdale on Wednesday afternoon.

A tractor-trailer overturned on the ramp from Highway 64 West onto Knightdale Boulevard, spilling its load. Crews were there much of the evening cleaning it up.

They finally righted the truck just before 10 p.m.

There was no immediate word on whether anyone was injured or whether any charges will be filed.
