Fayetteville police searching for suspect in BBQ joint armed robbery

FAYETTEVILLE (WTVD) -- Police are searching for a suspect after a man armed with a pistol demanded money at the Bar-B-Que Hut in Fayetteville.

It happened around 9 p.m. at 2802 Fort Bragg Road on Friday. Police say he entered and fled through the back door of the restaurant.

He is described as a white male wearing a black jacket with a design on the back, blue pants, and white shoes.
