Durham police searching for driver involved in 3 car collision

DURHAM (WTVD) -- Durham police are searching for the driver of a silver and gold, late model Chevrolet Malibu with front-end damage after a three car accident near Northgate Mall.

Police said the accident happened after 3 a.m. Sunday at Gregson Street and Club Boulevard.

Authorities said it appeared as though the Chevy Malibu was chasing two others and caused the collision.

Two people were seriously injured, police said. They were both treated at Duke Hospital.
