12-year-old boy steals school bus

BANGOR, ME (WTVD) -- A school bus driver caught on video swerving down the road was actually a 12-year-old boy who was taking the bus for a joyride.

Police in Bangor, Maine say the kid stole the bus Wednesday, then took it for a spin.

Two good Samaritans noticed he looked a bit young and called the police.

They also followed the bus until it stopped at an intersection. Then, one of them hopped on board and grabbed the wheel.

Luckily, no one was hurt and the 12-year-old was taken into custody.
