DURHAM (WTVD) -- Police investigating a methamphetamine making operation in Durham have arrested two people.

Officers were called to a possible drug complaint in the 4100 block of League Way shortly after 6 a.m. Thursday.

Two people were taken into custody for questioning and investigators got a search warrant for the house. The SBI was called in to assist.

Officers in chemical suits were seen coming in and out of the house.

Investigators charged Gregory Allen Goldstein, 54, and Christie Michelle Lee, 43, both of 4108 League Way, with manufacturing methamphetamine and possession of precursors for manufacturing methamphetamine.

The investigation is still ongoing.
