DURHAM (WTVD) -- A chain-reaction accident in southeastern Durham sent two people to the hospital Thursday morning.
Witnesses said a truck was going eastbound on T.W. Alexander Drive and stopped just before South Miami Boulevard.
A car coming up behind did not stop in time and ended up wedged beneath the 18-wheeler.
A second car then ran into the back of the first.
Police said the injuries did not appear to be life-threatening.
