7-year-old punches robber

SILVER SPRING, Maryland (WTVD) -- Surveillance video from a GameStop store in Silver Springs, Maryland shows a 7-year-old boy trying to take on a pair of robbers.

The video shows the child punching one of the robbers in the stomach several times before being shoved aside.

The robbers then ordered two store clerks to the floor while they took cash. No one was hurt.

The boy's parents were in the store at the time. They say their son is tough and his instincts took over during the robbery.
