Durham police search for suspect after cruiser rammed

DURHAM (WTVD) -- Durham police are searching for a suspect involved in a chase that started with a traffic stop. During the stop, a police car was rammed by the getaway car.

It happened Friday near the BP gas station on Guess Road.

The police car had damage to the front end of it. Our crew on the scene said police chased the car and eventually found it in a neighborhood on Lebanon Circle.

Police say one person has been arrested and another is still on the run.
