Fayetteville police seek motel armed robbery suspect

FAYETTEVILLE (WTVD) -- Fayetteville police are asking for the public's help identifying a robbery suspect at a motel.

Police said on June 25 just before 10:30 p.m., officers responded to a call at the Motel 6 at 2076 Cedar Creek Road.

Authorities said a man entered the motel with a gun and demanded cash from the register. After getting they money, he fled on foot.

The suspect is described as a black male with a black hoodie, red sweat pants, a bandanna, and latex-style gloves.
