Watch: Baby raccoon rescued with life preserver

BALTIMORE, Maryland (WTVD) -- A baby raccoon swimming, and near exhaustion, was rescued from the water off Maryland.

Boaters spotted the poor animal swimming frantically. It collapsed on top of a life preserver when it was offered.

The boaters then towed it to land where it ran off.

That was one raccoon happy for human help.
