The motorcyclist was riding a cruiser-style motorcycle and was wearing a bright-colored shirt.

"This is broad daylight," Fayetteville Police Lieutenant Todd Joyce said. "If you saw this motorcycle, this person who had on this bright-colored t-shirt, call us. Let us know what you saw. Because even though this person may think that it's not relevant to the investigation, it can be a small piece of information that can help us solve this case."

Authorities also said they are working to find out whether Taylor knew the shooter in an effort to figure out a motive.

Anyone with information regarding the shooting investigation is asked to contact Detective M. Wooten with the Fayetteville Police Department at (910) 391-8630 or Crimestoppers at (910) 483-TIPS (8477).
